Warranty period

The whole machine quality guarantee for two years, two years of non-human factors caused by equipment failure, are free maintenance. If the fault cannot be discharged in time due to special reasons, our company will be responsible for providing standby equipment, and replace the standby equipment after the maintenance equipment is removed.

Out of warranty

After the warranty period, provide lifelong maintenance service. The maintenance cost shall be quoted according to the fault situation. After the customer confirms the maintenance cost, our company shall discharge the equipment fault within the agreed time. If the fault cannot be discharged in time due to special reasons, our company will be responsible for providing standby equipment, and replace the standby equipment after the maintenance equipment is removed.
After-sales service response speed: 8- 24 hours (according to the distance).
